And people don’t really pay much attention to you or they say things that are kind of mean…like, ’you poor kid’ and pat you on the head and do all those various things. But when the second parent goes, now, the kids are the focus…And now it’s, like, what are we going to do with them? The kid is a burden.” [age 5 and 15]
